✨ Faith Bigger Than a Mustard Seed – Day 2: God Is Still Able – Exceedingly, Abundantly More
Scripture: Ephesians 3:20 – “Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think…”
There was a time when all I wanted was a place of my own. Nothing fancy — just peace. I didn’t have a big vision, no Pinterest board, no dream home plan. I was honestly content with a one-bedroom. But God had more in mind. 🙌🏽
When I prayed for a house, I didn’t know how to pray for square footage or backyard space. I just said, “Lord, I need a home.” That simple seed of faith grew into a blessing I didn’t see coming. Not only did God give me space for myself — but He gave something special to my mama too… 🌱 a garden.
That may seem small to some people, but to me and my mom, it was everything. She always wanted a garden. That garden became a symbol — not just of growth in the ground, but of the growth God was doing in our lives.
Even in grief. Even in transition. Even in moments where I didn’t have all the words or the details of what I wanted — God was still able. He filled in the blanks.
I look around now and I’m still blown away. The very thing I thought I didn’t deserve, the very blessing I didn’t fully know how to ask for — God still gave it. Because He’s not limited by what we think. He sees the full picture.
So today, sis, be reminded:
You’re not believing in your own strength.
You’re not depending on your own plan.
You’re leaning into a God who has never failed. 💥
Say it with boldness:
“I serve the God of more. My faith is set on the impossible.”
